Postcards from Chandigadh

A mural at Sector 17, Chandigadh. As a child, I remember, Sector 17 used to be one of the hep places to visit. "You can get anything here - from a needle to a car" our relatives used to tell us. A visit this time without the family, but just a few relatives, and without the enthusiasm of looking forward to a Fanta, was a bit dull. Yes, years ago the book shops too used to be a big draw.
