Center for Advanced Studies, Shimla

A few kilometers from Shimla, Center for Advanced Studies is a good picnic spot. Entry into the actual building is some INR 20 or so. We never went in for we reached there at lunch time (it is closed around that time), and later we did not have the drive to go in. The skin was beautiful enough.

How would it look if the corridors were lined with hanging lines and clothes and flowerpots and painted patches and bits of posters? I think it would look nice. And a lot more livable.
